Dr. Elsner Profile Picture

Dr. Elsner believes that exceptional endodontic care begins with compassion. She understands that many patients feel anxious about dental treatment and prioritizes taking the time to listen, educate, and ensure each individual feels comfortable throughout their visit.

A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, she began her academic journey at Pennsylvania State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Science before going on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Elsner completed an Oral Medicine and Hospital General Dentistry Fellowship through the VA Maryland Health Care System.

During her advanced training in general dentistry, she discovered her passion for relieving dental pain while gaining comprehensive experience across all aspects of dentistry. She further pursued specialized training with an endodontics internship at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and then completed her endodontic residency at Nova Southeastern University. Demonstrating her commitment to the profession, Dr. Elsner earned the distinction of Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics—an honor held by less than 25% of endodontists—and actively participates in the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the College of Diplomates. She is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, ensuring each patient feels comfortable, informed, and at ease.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and twins.
